Online BNI Member Success Program (MSP) Training

Member Success Program (MSP) training which is completed via our BNI University online learning platform is very important to each members success. MSP is core learning that every new member needs to complete to get up to speed with BNI for two reasons:

1. To ensure that they get value from BNI themselves. 

2. That they become and effective team member for the benefit of their fellow members.

The online MSP is easy to do, doesn’t take much time and the feedback we have had from members has been very positive. MSP is continuing education, just like is found in other professions e.g. legal, accounting, insurance, real estate etc.

Professional Development

Who is in a trade or profession that requires them to complete professional development hours to stay up to date and on form

BNI is no different, BNI provides professional development modules via BNI University to assist you throughout your BNI Career and in your business.

One of the core learnings every member needs is our Member Success Programme (MSP) training. Think of this as BNI Basic training, it is designed to get the member up to speed quickly so that they get the most out of their membership and become and effective team member of the chapter.

It is also a suitable as refresher for longer term members.

Lifelong Learning is our 2nd core value in BNI – we believe in continuous improvement of personal and professional skills.

Success always comes through a process of expansion and learning!

The More you Learn, the more your earn.  Also, Members must complete MSP prior to being added to the speaker rotation.

One of the key elements that distinguishes BNI from other networking groups is the education and training it offers on how to be a better networker as well as improving business skills.  From the beginning BNI requires new members to attend the basic Member Success Program (MSP).  Statistics have proven that new members who attend within their first 30 days start seeing the benefits, i.e. more referrals and more business, much sooner.  Why?  Because MSP gives a new member the basic foundation they need to understand the fundamentals and the Why of BNI.  In addition to MSP, BNI offers Advanced MSP classes.  Each new member receives 2 additional classes for the price of MSP.  The Advanced classes which are offered include:

The list of webinars can be found on BNIConnectGlobal.com listed under events.  One that I highly recommend is held every Friday called 'Expanding Your Network.'  Even if you register and cannot attend at the designated time, it is recorded so you can listen to it later. Each week provides a different topic.

Recently BNI has expanded the Mentor Program for new members from a 6 week program to a 9 month program.  Again because BNI wants every new member to receive everything they need to be successful.  Even seasoned BNI members can benefit from this program.  Ask your Chapter's Mentor Coordinator how to be a Mentor or a Mentee.

BNI believes in providing the training material and information to each and every member to become the very best networker and BNI member possible.  It is up to the individual to take advantage of what is offered.   

  

CEU credits are given for all of the offerings which I have listed.  BNI recommends earning at least one CEU credit each week.  Some offerings earn more CEU credits than others.  Refer to BNIConnectGlobal.com to determine the point value for each offering.
